3rd Qtr: 17-7
4th Qtr: 30-13
Final: 30-13

Quick Stats:
@FridayFBFrenzy: @JimmyWatson6 reports Shreve leads Dutchtown, 7-3 in 1st
@radiotvman: Half: #Capt. Shreve 7, Dutchtown 10 #LHSAA
@ScottFerrell: Shreve is a lot more competitive than I thought tonight. Gators trail Dutchtown, 10-7 at half. #LHSAA
@radiotvman: Final: Dutchtown 30, #Capt. Shreve 13 #LHSAA

Tony Tag at Captain Shreve "It was a case of very little offense and defense played well, but wore out. It was 10-7 ball game at the half, but Shreve failed to score on an opportunity. Defenses know if you can stop Gator's run, you can get ahead of them. Dutchtown had punishing running backs and alternated QBs. Defense was the strength and they keep the team in the game. Mosley threw the ball well, but need someone that can catch the ball. Gators have to find a way to get balance in their run game."

@girlielsufan: Penalties, a recovered onside kick, and some mishaps are killing us. St. Thomas More 19, Evangel 0 at the half. @FridayFBFrenzy
Been 3 ring circus in 3rd qtr. Evangel picks off STM, then throws an interception. Then Evangel picks again only to turn it back over. STM very disciplined team keeping a young Evangel group at bay.
STM fumble at 7 mins left in the game, Eagles recover.
When is the last time Evangel was shut out? Conner Curry found himself on his back and threw 3 interceptions.

RUSTON AT HAUGHTON
1st Qtr: 0-7
2nd Qtr: 19-10
3rd Qtr: --
4th Qtr: 25-19
Final: 25-21

Quick Stats provided largely by Shreveport Times Roy Lang. Follow Roy on Twitter: @RoyLangIII
@RoyLangIII: PJ Douglas with a 79-yard punt return for a touchdown. #Haughton up 7-0 against #Ruston. #LHSAA
@RoyLangIII: Mississippi State quarterback @15_DakP in the house tonight. #MississippiState #Haughton #MoreCowbell
Huge pass breakup in the end zone by Jerrod Craft keeps Ruston out of the end zone
Haughton loses a yard in change of possession after missed 4th conversion. #SloppyRefs
Scary moment here as Will Haines lowers his head on a tackler and goes down at the sideline. Big helmet-to-helmet
Haughton backup quarterback, sophomore Darius Brooks, in the game. Haines definitely woozy on sideline
Jawaun Wright scores for #Ruston. Tied up against #Haughton. Will Haines not coming back in this game. A doctor's visit seems likely #LHSAA
AND. JUST. LIKE. THAT. Brooks hits Javonte Woodard for a NINETY-FIVE YARD touchdown on third-and-25. Wow. #Haughton leads 13-7
 #Haughton then proceeds to recover fumble on ensuing kickoff. Incredible turn of events here.
Haughton backup QB, 2-2, 115 and 2 TDs, Bucs lead #Ruston 19-7 mid 2Q. Woodard gets 2nd TD for #PrepFantasyFootball
#Ruston adds field goal. 19-10 #Haughton leads with 2:56 left before half. #LHSAA
@russellhedges: Haughton D playing well but has to be concerns about being worn down in 4th quarter
Sam Wallace: Ruston cut the lead: ran ball in 1st play of the 4th quarter. Brooks is doing pretty well but still has some work to do. Game looks like its going to go down to wire
@RoyLangIII: Haughton interception on its next play., Ruston ball at Bucs 36 with 3 mins left.
Ruston 2 point conversion gets the 25-19
Can back up QB Darius Brooks rally the Bucs
With less than 2 mins Ruston picks it off but has no gain and Ruston punts with :44 left in game
Because of illegal procedure, Ruston takes a safety with :40 left
Haughton catches it at :40
Brooks to throw, but he is sacked.
Last throw is intercepted: valiant effort by Darius Brooks

Coach Guin: About injured QB "Took him in for observation, took a shot to the head. Darius Brooks just a sophomore, threw a strike to Woodard, going to be a good player for us. We needed a game that got our nose bloodied to prepare us down the road. Ruston big-boyed us a little and shortened the field, did a great job. Darius has not been ruled out, we will see. We had 5 or 6 starters out tonight."

@Msewell14: Great to see @15_DakP at the HS game tonight. (Miss St off this week) He talked to all people, entertained photos, threw FB w kids. #WINNER
